Switzerland rewrote its data protection law in 2023. It gives you the right to see what a company holds about you, correct it and have it deleted.

European rules come on top
If you are in the EU, European data protection applies as well as Swiss law. You keep whichever right protects you better.
For EU customers, no detour
Brussels recognises Swiss data protection as equal to its own. Your data can be handled here with exactly the protection it has at home.
Someone independent is watching
Switzerland has a federal privacy commissioner who investigates complaints and can order companies to change what they do. Including us.
Close enough to reach
Swisswise is a company in Bern. If it ever comes to it, you are dealing with a Swiss court and a Swiss address, not a legal entity an ocean away.
A short list, and we publish it
Nobody but us takes part in the AI processing of your conversations. A handful of services support the edges: bot protection on the contact form, the app stores — and search services for the optional web search, which never learn who is asking. What is involved is set out in our privacy policy.
Your conversations stay here
They are handled in Switzerland and not moved somewhere cheaper. Only the optional web search reaches out to the open web — without your account and without your identity. Owning the buildings is what turns that from a good intention into a fact.
